Fix My Speaker (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of creators, developers, and copyright holders.

5. Accuracy Statement (Required by Law) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you submit is accurate and that:

- You are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed.
3. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice
After receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will review the claim.
- Access to the allegedly infringing content may be temporarily removed or disabled.
- We will notify the user or party responsible for the content (if applicable).
- The user may submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was an error.
If a valid counter-notification is received, the content may be restored unless legal action is initiated by the complainant.
4. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was mistakenly identified or removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification.
A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- The URL where the material previously appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receiving the counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Fix My Speaker maintains the right to suspend, disable, or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others or misuse the DMCA process.
6. Misuse of DMCA Notices
Submitting false or fraudulent DMCA notices or counter-notices is a violation of law and may result in:
- Legal liability
- Financial penalties
- Termination of site access
- Reporting to relevant legal authorities
